In addition, Director Peter Westlund is a CEO Masterclass Certified Chair, assisting senior management to close the gap between strategy development, and implementation for established SMEs, and start-up businesses.

      Interim Executive Appointments has recently appointed experienced interim executives, managers and specialists to companies in industries that include, but not limited to freight forwarding, customs broking, import/export, bulk packaging, hazardous waste, procurement, mining supplies, laboratory equipment, health & safety, industrial protection, underground infrastructure and machinery hire.

      Profile - Director, Peter Westlund

      As a Certified Management Consultant, Director Peter Westlund complies with the Code of Ethics of the Institute of Management Consultants and facilitates Interim Management assignments according to the international Competency Framework for management consultants and ISO 20700:2017 – Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services.

      Peter develops solutions to satisfy business and management needs so that desired results for the organisation are delivered. He specializes in interim management, SME strategy, business process management and human performance systems. Entrepreneurs, directors and managers are empowered through executive development and mentoring to acquire new leadership and management capabilities. Peter’s focus is on business growth and performance improvement. He has recently assisted one client to establish a startup industrial business and is presently working on another in digital technology. Both are expected to be game-changers in their market segments.

      He is the Principal Consultant for Ascent Management and Interim Executive Appointments and chair of the CEO Masterclass in Strategy and Implementation in Western Australia. Peter has been a Board Director of the Institute of Management Consultants since 2013 and is presently its National President and Board Chair.
